World no.1 Novak Djokovic defeated his compatriot Pedja Krstin in the third match of the Adria Tour in Zadar.

Novak was 1-3 down in the first set, and he also faced three set balls, but didn’t allow his opponent to grab the lead. It was decided in a tie-break where Djokovic triumphed 7-3.

It was a one-man show in the second set. After Krstin took the first game, Novak won for in a row to close out the match 4-3 (3), 4-1.

Andrey Rublev edged Marin Cilic in the last match of the day session, 4-3 (5), 2-4, 4-1.

Djokovic will play his second match in group tonight about 21:00 CET. His rival will be Borna Coric.
